How to Order

General: We use WorldPay (http://www.worldpay.com) and PayPal payment gateway, WorldPay and PayPal operate the S.S.L. security system for all on line transactions. Users should have Internet Explorer 5.0 or above, Netscape 4.5 or above, in order to access our payment gateway.

No hidden charge(any WorldPay charges will be on shoppingbag not our customers).

We accept Visa and Master cards.

The security and increasing total acceptance of credit card payment for web transactions leads us to list this as the simple efficient system of payment.

If you have an objection to this method, and sincerely wish to purchase, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will make alternative arrangements.

To Order: Shop throughout our online store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time. When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form then you will be redirected to Paypal payment gateway to submit your credit card number and expiration date to complete your order. Regular shipping is always free, however, any express mail charges will be listed before your final checkout. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number(Order ID) to which you can refer to for tracking purposes. Please include your day time and night time phone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.

If any item is out of stock you will be notified and your credit card will not be charged.

Dispatch details will be e-mailed to you immediately once your order has sent.

 

Returns and Cancellations

Returns: We guarantee a full money back refund without questions if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product being opened. (Notification within 7 days of receipt please). We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used. Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time. Please send back with the following:

Name & address, e-mail number, Original order number(Order ID), Reason for return. Please e-mail us at service@shoppingbag.com.au so we can inform you where to send and arrange the refund.

Please note we can only refund the total cost of goods, if there are shipping charges to be refunded we will offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.

Cancellations: Due to the order processing of our web site we cannot accept cancellations. Please make sure you select your products carefully.

Please note that we source our products from many distributors around the world with our major distribution centre being located in Hong Kong. This is the most central location allowing us to deliver goods to our customers around the world.

We currently regularly ship to customers in over 100 countries worldwide.
The majority of countries, particularly U.S.A., Australia, Japan, Korea, do not charge customs duty on small packages dispatched by air post.
Overall the world is moving towards free trade and we hope and anticipate this trend will continue and accelerate.
For the current time, we will endeavor to assist and cover in cases where duty is charged to the customers in some European countries, but we emphasize this is on a goodwill, not on an obligation basis.
